You agree not to use ChatStack for:

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Sending spam, harassment, or abusive content.
  • Hosting or distributing malicious files or code.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • ChatStack operates on a subscription basis via Payfast.
  • Payments are billed according to your selected plan.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of documents and data you upload.
  • By using ChatStack, you grant us a license to process and analyze your content for providing the service.
  • ChatStack's platform, code, branding, and features remain the property of Dissident Capital Pty Ltd.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ChatStack uses AI (OpenAI and related technologies). Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ChatStack is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
