Automated Email Reports deliver comprehensive summaries of your chatbot's performance directly to your inbox. Whether you want daily updates, weekly overviews, or monthly deep-dives, our system has you covered.

How to Enable Email Reports

Setting up automated email reports is incredibly simple:

  1. Navigate to your chatbot's General settings
  2. Scroll to the Email Notifications section
  3. Toggle on Chat Logs and/or Leads reporting
  4. Select your preferred frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  5. Save your changes

That's it! Your reports will be automatically delivered to your registered email address every day at 8:00 AM UTC, with weekly reports sent on Mondays and monthly reports on the 1st of each month.
